ALELUYA STORE, en aplicación de la normativa vigente en materia de protección de datos de carácter personal, informa que los datos personales que se recogen a través de los formularios en papel o soporte informático, se incluyen en los ficheros automatizados específicos de usuarios de los servicios de ALELUYA STORE

La recogida y tratamiento automatizado de los datos de carácter personal tiene como finalidad el mantenimiento de la relación comercial y el desempeño de tareas de información, formación, asesoramiento y otras actividades propias de ALELUYA STORE.

El usuario manifiesta que todos los datos facilitados por él son ciertos y correctos, y se compromete a mantenerlos actualizados, comunicando los cambios a ALELUYA STORE

Finalidad del tratamiento de los datos personales:
¿Con qué finalidad trataremos tus datos personales?
En ALELUYA STORE, trataremos tus datos personales recabados, con las siguientes finalidades:

1. En caso de contratación de los bienes y servicios ofertados para mantener la relación contractual, así como la gestión, administración, información, prestación y mejora del servicio.

2. Envío de información solicitada a través de los formularios dispuestos en soporte digital o físico.

3. Remitir boletines (newsletters), así como comunicaciones comerciales de promociones y/o publicidad de nuestra entidad y/o del sector.

Los campos de dichos registros son de cumplimentación obligatoria, siendo imposible realizar las finalidades expresadas si no se aportan esos datos.

¿Por cuánto tiempo se conservan los datos personales recabados?

Los datos personales proporcionados se conservarán mientras se mantenga la relación comercial y no solicites su supresión. Posteriormente a la misma, se conservarán durante los plazos legalmente exigidos (salvo, en ambos casos, que el tratamiento se basase en el consentimiento del Usuario y éste lo revocase, en cuyo caso se conservarán hasta que se reciba tal revocación).

Por lo tanto, podemos garantizar que sus datos no se conservarán más tiempo del necesario para los fines descritos anteriormente, sin perjuicio de la conservación que resultase necesaria para la formulación, el ejercicio o la defensa de potenciales reclamaciones y/o siempre que lo permitiese la legislación aplicable.

Legitimación:

El tratamiento de tus datos se realiza con las siguientes bases jurídicas que legitiman el mismo:

1. La solicitud de información y/o la contratación de los servicios de ALELUYA STORE, cuyos términos y condiciones se pondrán a tu disposición en todo caso, de forma previa a una eventual contratación.

2. El consentimiento libre, específico, informado e inequívoco, en tanto que te informamos poniendo a tu disposición la presente política de privacidad, que tras la lectura de la misma, en caso de estar conforme, puedes aceptar mediante una declaración o una clara acción afirmativa, como el marcado de una casilla dispuesta al efecto.

En caso de que no nos facilites tus datos o lo hagas de forma errónea o incompleta, no podremos atender tu solicitud, resultando del todo imposible proporcionarte la información solicitada o llevar a cabo la contratación de los servicios.

Destinatarios:

Los datos no se comunicarán a ningún tercero ajeno a ALELUYA STORE, salvo obligación legal.

Una óptima prestación del servicio que ALELUYA STORE ofrece puede requerir que otros terceros prestadores de servicios de ALELUYA STORE accedan a los datos personales del Usuario como encargados del tratamiento.

Además de los accesos que terceros proveedores puedan tener a los datos personales responsabilidad de ALELUYA STORE en calidad de encargados de tratamiento, nacionales o internacionales, en el marco de la prestación de un servicio al responsable del tratamiento, ALELUYA STORE puede ceder los datos personales del Usuario a los Distribuidores autorizados de ALELUYA STORE, siempre que hubiera solicitado el consentimiento al Usuario y éste se lo haya otorgado expresamente.

Además de lo anterior, ALELUYA STORE podrá realizar cesiones o comunicaciones de datos personales para atender sus obligaciones con las Administraciones Públicas en los casos que así se requiera de acuerdo con la legislación vigente en cada momento y en su caso, igualmente a otros órganos como Fuerzas y Cuerpos de seguridad del Estado y a los órganos Judiciales.

Derechos de los usuarios

ALELUYA STORE informa al Usuario sobre la posibilidad que le asiste de ejercitar los derechos de acceso, rectificación, oposición, supresión, portabilidad y limitación del tratamiento así como a rechazar el tratamiento automatizado de los datos personales recogidos por ALELUYA STORE.

Dichos derechos podrán ser ejercitados gratuitamente por el Usuario, y en su caso quien lo represente, mediante solicitud escrita y firmada dirigida a la siguiente dirección: Calle Elisabets, 2 Loc. 1, C.P. 08001 - Barcelona (Barcelona).
Dicha solicitud deberá incluir los siguientes datos: nombre y apellidos del Usuario, domicilio a efectos de notificaciones, fotocopia del Documento Nacional de Identidad o Pasaporte, y petición en que se concreta la solicitud.

Asimismo, informamos que el Usuario también podrá ejercitar los mencionados derechos a través del correo electrónico: info@aleluyabcn.com

Además de los anteriores derechos, el Usuario tendrá derecho a retirar el consentimiento otorgado en cualquier momento mediante el procedimiento más arriba descrito, sin que dicha retirada del consentimiento afecte a la licitud del tratamiento anterior a la retirada del mismo. ALELUYA STORE podrá continuar tratando los datos del Usuario en la medida en que la ley aplicable lo permita.

Alejandro Emina recuerda al Usuario que tiene derecho a presentar una reclamación ante la autoridad de control pertinente.

Medidas de seguridad implementadas

ALELUYA STORE se compromete al cumplimiento de su obligación de secreto de los datos de carácter personal y de su deber de guardarlos, y adoptará las medidas necesarias para evitar su alteración, pérdida, tratamiento o acceso no autorizado, de acuerdo con lo establecido por normativa aplicable.

ALELUYA STORE tiene implantadas las medidas de seguridad de índole técnica y organizativas necesarias para garantizar la seguridad de sus datos de carácter personal y evitar su alteración, pérdida y tratamiento y/o acceso no autorizado, habida cuenta del estado de la tecnología, la naturaleza de los datos almacenados y los riesgos a que están expuestos, ya provengan de la acción humana o del medio físico o natural, de acuerdo a lo establecido por la normativa aplicable.

ALELUYA STORE, entidad preocupada por la privacidad, en orden a reforzar la confidencialidad e integridad de la información en su organización, mantiene continuamente la supervisión, control y evaluación de sus procesos para asegurar el respeto a la privacidad y seguridad de la información, según los estándares internacionales.

Protección de la información alojada

ALELUYA STORE realiza copias de seguridad de los contenidos alojados en sus servidores, sin embargo no se responsabiliza de la pérdida o el borrado accidental de los datos por parte de los usuarios. De igual manera, no garantiza la reposición total de los datos borrados por los usuarios, ya que los citados datos podrían haber sido suprimidos y/o modificados durante el periodo de tiempo transcurrido desde la última copia de seguridad.

Los servicios ofertados, excepto los específicos de backup, no incluyen la reposición de los contenidos conservados en las copias de seguridad realizadas por ALELUYA STORE, cuando esta pérdida sea imputable al usuario; en este caso, se determinará una tarifa acorde a la complejidad y volumen de la recuperación, siempre previa aceptación del usuario.

La reposición de datos borrados sólo está incluida en el precio del servicio cuando la pérdida del contenido sea debida a causas atribuibles a  ALELUYA STORE.

Comunicaciones comerciales

En aplicación de la LSSI. ALELUYA STORE no enviará comunicaciones publicitarias o promocionales por correo electrónico u otro medio de comunicación electrónica equivalente que previamente no hubieran sido solicitadas o expresamente autorizadas por los destinatarios de las mismas.

En el caso de usuarios con los que exista una relación contractual previa, ALELUYA STORE estará autorizado al envío de comunicaciones comerciales referentes a productos o servicios que sean similares a los que inicialmente fueron objeto de contratación con el cliente.

En todo caso, el usuario, tras acreditar su identidad, podrá solicitar que no se le haga llegar más información comercial a través de los canales indicados anteriormente.

The replacement of deleted data is only included in the price of the service when the loss of the content is due to causes attributable to ALELUYA STORE.

Commercial communications

In application of the LSSI. ALELUYA STORE will not send advertising or promotional communications by electronic mail or any other means of electronic communication equivalent that previously had not been requested or expressly authorized by the addressees of the same.

In the case of users with whom there is a prior contractual relationship, ALELUYA STORE will be authorized to send commercial communications referring to products or services that are similar to those that were originally the object of contracting with the client.
